So, what is this BingBite thing anyway?
BingBite is a marketing company, providing an online and social media presence for local restaurants. We also provide technology solutions for restaurants and their customers that allow for meal planning and online ordering If you experience any trouble ordering, text us at (607) 238-3521, and we will be happy to assist you. If we are away, or experiencing extremely high order volumes, you may leave a message for us on there and we will respond to your needs as soon as possible.
Should I tip the driver?
Drivers are paid with tips. This is their livelihood and how they survive. The delivery fee only covers their vehicle expenses like fuel, oil, tires, maintenance and depreciation. Please consider their hard work to deliver your food promptly and professionally in your compensation. Similar to a server in a restaurant - customary gratuity is between 15-20%. As much as we care about our customer's happiness, we care equally about the happiness of our driver partners. This is vital to our continued growth and success.
BingBite, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone provided that refusal is not based on discrimination in accordance with the Anti-discrimination law. Anti-discrimination law refers to legislation designed to prevent discrimination against particular groups of people; these groups are often referred to as protected groups or protected classes. Anti-discrimination laws vary by jurisdiction with regard to the types of discrimination that are prohibited, and also the groups that are protected by that legislation. Commonly, these types of legislation are designed to prevent discrimination in employment, housing, education, and other areas of social life, such as public accommodations. Anti-discrimination law may include protections for groups based on sex, age, race, ethnicity, nationality, disability, mental illness or ability, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity/expression, sex characteristics, religious, creed, or individual political opinions.
BingBite Auto-Gratuity Policy
BingBite, LLC reserves the right at any time to add a service charge on customers account for the driver based on customer not tipping or egregiously low tipping (Under 5%).
Why do you have this Auto-Gratuity Policy?
We fully understand that not everyone may agree with this policy, but we do to this maintain high driver retention and driver satisfaction. This is how they provide for their families. If you have ever worked in the hospitality industry where tips are means of survival, you may understand. As stated earlier, customary gratuity is 15-20%. If the driver experience is negative, we run the risk of your experience being negative. We cant have either. If you ever feel that the service that the our self-employed driver partners have provided you is not worthy of the service charge, please contact us at email@example.com and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
For orders over $75 in food items, an automatic gratuity will be added to your bill. This is not because we don't love you, it's because we equally love our driver partners who work so hard to provide great service for you.
The safety of our driver partners is obviously a critical component that we take very seriously. Please be kind at nighttime and turn on your porch light when expecting a delivery.
Any delivery areas that are determined to be unsafe due to previous security incidents, harassment of the drivers, or any other safety or security related issue, the area will be blocked from future deliveries.
How much does it cost to use BingBite?
Delivery fee is $3.99 (plus 8% sales tax on delivery fee) if you are within seven miles of the restaurant that you ordered from. PLEASE NOTE: THIS DOES NOTINCLUDE YOUR TIP FOR YOUR DRIVER. Anything over seven miles you will be charged a dollar for each mile respectively, up to 10 miles. All delivery fees are subject to 8% New York State sales tax. This distance-based fee schedule goes to our driver partners for fuel cost. Charges will be exact to the penny based on your mapping distance. If you have questions at all about your delivery fee, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will reply within 24 hours. If you pay with a credit card, you will be charged a processing fee is 0.038 of your item total.
Does BingBite have a rewards or incentive program?
Yes. When you receive your food, you are given the opportunity to take a photo of the items that you ordered. If you send us a really awesome food image, we will reward you with future credits.
Here is our advice when taking photos of food.
- Make sure that you have nothing in the background.
- Make sure that the entire item that you are taking a pic of is fully inside the frame.
- The nicer the picture, the better your odds are of getting rewards. Lots of color, well lit.
- Insider Tip: If you put the food on a white plate before taking the pic it will increase your odds for rewards as well.
- Remember, the selected food images are going on our website where we have over 2000 visitors every day: so the image must showcase the food.
Why did my screen go white after I tried to place my order?
Your screen will go white if you entered an invalid address or entered an address that Google Maps does not recognize. Be sure you have the correct address before submitting your order. Dont use hyphenated numbers, like 10-42 or 33-57. Do not put the apt/room numbers in the same area as the street name. There is a separate section for apt/ room numbers.

In the Additional Info Section: Type in the name of your Building/Community. Be sure to be outside of your building when the driver arrives to ensure hot and fresh food.
For all campus orders, gratuity has been included for your convenience.
For some reason Google Maps doesnt like hyphenated street addresses. DO NOT use the address 33-57 Harrison St. Instead, use 33 Harrison St. Google Maps will recognize this as Wilson.
Binghamton General Hospital
For some reason Google Maps doesnt like hyphenated street addresses. DO NOT use the address 10-42 Mitchell Ave. Instead, use 42 Mitchell. Google Maps will recognize this as BGH.
The correct address for Lourdes is 169 Riverside Dr. Binghamton, NY 13905. Be sure not to put Johnson City. That will result in you sending the driver to the incorrect location.
Is delivery available from any restaurant?
Restaurants have to sign up for a marketing agreement with BingBite, LLC in order for the drivers to deliver to you. The list of the available restaurants is right on the front of our website in the restaurants section. If you don't see one of your favorite restaurants on our site, the next time you go visit them, tell them about us! Our customers are our greatest partner for our growth!
How long will my delivery take?
Normally we quote about an hour for the average delivery. Some take less, and some orders may take longer depending on the size of the order and which restaurant the order is being placed from. Please be aware that we are working with some of the most popular restaurants in town and together we are working hard to provide the best customer service possible. When the roads are unsafe to have the drivers out on the road, we will discontinue service until conditions improve. In the event that we experience extremely heavy order volume, we will post on our site that we are fully committed, similar to a restaurant being full. Additionally, we will post on our site when the next delivery time will be available to you. This ensures consistent A plus service, which we artfully strive to provide you with 100% of the time.
How do I make special requests on the BingBite app?
1) Select an item and move it to your shopping cart.
2) Tap on the item and a special request box will pop up.
3) Type your special request, and we will do anything we can to accommodate you. Please note that some requests may require an additional charge. If this is the case, we will adjust the total for you and email you a revised receipt.
How do I customize my order by removing an ingredient or adding a special request?
When you choose an item, there will be a Customize Order button. Click Customize Order and type which things you would like to remove or which special request you would like to add. For example, if your sandwich usually comes with onions and you would like to remove them, you would click Customize Order and type no onions.
Where is delivery available to?
The self-employed drivers will deliver to Binghamton, Johnson City, Vestal, Endicott, and Endwell. As we grow as a company, the delivery zones will expand throughout the entirety of Broome County
What if I live outside the delivery area?
If you live outside the delivery area of the restaurant that you want to order from, it is more than likely that you are more than 10 miles away. We try not to go past this mileage limit to ensure the highest food quality. We can coordinate longer distances for larger catering requests. Please email email@example.com.
Can I cancel my order?
Once the order has been sent to the restaurant, it CANNOT be cancelled. You will be charged for the amount purchased. This is not because we are mean people, it's because we have already paid the restaurant for your food and they have spent time, labor, and food cost to prepare it. Can I place an advanced order for a specific time?
Yes. If you want your food delivered to your door the minute you get home from work, the gym or the bar, simply choose your specific delivery time after selecting your menu items.
What If Something Went Wrong With My Order?
The fast-paced world of food preparation means that accidents do happen. If you've received the wrong item or your order was incorrect in any way, please contact us immediately with detailed information about the problem so we can quickly find a solution. Why Is the Full Menu Not Listed For Some Restaurants?
We have carefully collaborated with each of our partner restaurants to bring you the best of their menu, while also carefully considering prep and cook time to ensure a timely delivery. Also, some items simply do not travel well. Please note that any fried item, such as French fries or onion rings, do not travel as well as non-fried items. We secure the quality of your food order in insulated delivery bags.
How Do I Pay For My Order?
After adding the items to your cart, you can check out with the standard array of credit or debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Our driver partners do not carry large bills.
How Can I Change the Delivery Address I Entered?

Do You Sell Gift Cards?
Yes! Please click on Gift Cards on our main website page to purchase in the denomination of your choice to send to friends and family.
